Bex in a Fashion Mag!

Ok, of all the things we NEVER thought we’d be saying, here it is:

Bex Taylor-Klaus is being featured in LA’s
newest and hottest fashion rag,
The LA Fashion Magazine

In a segment on “LA People,” Bex is featured … as herself. Honest, raw, creative, quirky — that’s Bex.

You can link directly to Bex’s feature (page 32 of the magazine):

Or check it out on Instagram here:

Either way… it’s pretty cool!

What a year 2013 has been — can’t wait to see what 2014 has in store!

Sin Is BACK!

Wednesday night, December 4, will be an exciting night on Arrow — as Sin returns for a few more episodes.

Tune in on The CW network at 8 pm. EST if you want to see Bex on the big screen (or whatever screen you choose!).

Bex tweeted this to spread the word:

#ARROW FANS! Mid-season finale this Wednesday! Call yo friends! Call yo family! Call yo 5th cousin thrice removed! Tell em WATCH!!!! & RT 🙂

Need more reason to watch this week? As Bex tweeted this week:

Mid-season finale of #Arrow on Wed has me & @grantgust. Gonna be a “Barry Sin-full” episode. Pun=lame. Episode=AWESOME.

Wednesday’s episode is called “The Scientist

“Sin” Is On Her Way to Prime Time!

This is it, Bex fans!

Arrow Season 2 is underway, and episode 3 airs this week:

Wednesday Night

October 23

8-9 p.m. ET

The CW Network

That’s right, comic-book fans, Bex is going primetime, on a major network, and it’s even (almost) a family show! Ok, so lots of people get shot by arrows, but they’re BAD guys! Pow! Zam! Kaboom!

AND… in case you’ve missed episodes 1 and 2 of this action-packed season, here is a recap written by our friend and Wall Street Journal Arts & Entertainment columnist, Jason Evans.

Frankly, Jason didn’t love episode 2 because he found the plot a little weak. I’m confident that it will improve as “Canary” and “Sin” enter the scene in episode 3. And besides — plot, Jason? Is a scintillating plot-line really what brings you back to Arrow each week?  😉

Personally, I’m all about the awkward eccentricities of Felicity (whom we learn in episode 2 is, not surprisingly, an MIT grad), the tortured relationship wisdom of Diggle, and…well, yeah, the eye candy.

So catch up on the adventures of Oliver Queen and crew, and check out Bex’s second TV debut, this time as a recurring Guest Star as Sin on Arrow.

Broken Dolls

Here’s a little preview of  what’s in store for us in Episode 3, including a fabulous little ditty about our favorite “starlet,” Bex TK:

Escaped convict Barton Mathis (guest star Michael Eklund) grabs Felicity, and Roy crosses paths with a plucky gal dubbed Sin (The Killing‘s Bex Taylor-Klaus). “If the Arrow has Roy, then Black Canary (to be played by Caity Lotz) has Sin,” is how Kreisberg described the new character during TVLine’s fall preview Q&A.

Casting Taylor-Klaus was a win for Kreisberg, who says that he and his wife were huge fans of the starlet’s work as The Killing‘s Bullet. “Truth be told, we were thinking of killing off [Sin] quickly,” he shared. “But now that we have Bex, we’re keeping her around.”!7/brokendolls/

Arrow Season 2 Starts Tonight (and an update)!

Hi everyone,

Arrow Season 2 airs tonight on The CW Network at 8:00 EST!  Bex is playing the character of Sin, who will appear in episode 3, which will air on October 23. If you haven’t caught up on season 1, they did  a 1 hour recap last week — it’s probably streamable.

Bex - Sin in Cast chair on Arrow set 2013.08.19

We know we’ve been a bit slack in keeping everyone up to date — life’s been pretty busy. But here’s the quick update:

  • This summer, after booking the Recurring Guest role of Sin on Arrow, Bex appeared in The Hollywood Reporter as The Next Big Thing to watch.

  • Then, after a few days of down time, she got a puppy — and Bullet lives on in the body of an adorable little black rescue dog.

  • Shortly afterward, Bex booked the role of Lex on House of Lies, another Recurring Guest role (and definitely not a family show!).

So she’s a busy gal, this Fall, back and forth between gigs in Vancouver and LA. She’s gotten to work with Don Chaedle and so many other fabulous actors on both shows. She’s truly living her dream, following her bliss … and loving life.

Stay tuned!
